The total property belongs in possession as owner to Emmanouil D. Souvaltzis, who has in his possession this land, according to the certificate of the right of inheritance number 1447 dated 27.06.1989 of the Court of First Instance and the Decision of the Court of First Instance numbered 2497 and dated 25.05.1989,which is legally transcribed in the Books of Transcriptions in the Mortgage Office of Municipality of Vathi, as the heir at law of the late Demetrius Emm. Souvaltzis, who died in Athens in 1989, 14 March.
Demetrius Emm. Souvaltzis had in his own possession the above mentioned property, by the deed of purchase from Theotokis Stantzos, numbered 14071 and dated 18.04.1942, of theNotary of the Harbour of Vathi – Samos Konstantinos Yokarinis, which is legally transcribed in the Books of Transcriptions of Municipality of Vathi, in the Volume ΙΣΤ number 977.
With the action of qualification numbered 1670 and dated `14.10.2009 of the Supervisor of the Forests of the Island of Samos, the above mentioned property was qualified as non-forest property with the following letters “Α, Β, Γ,……Τ, Υ, Α3, Α2, Α1, Ν’, Ξ’, Α” which is 12.887,00 square meters and the property with the following letters “Α’, Β1, Β2, Β3, Α” which is 570,81 square meters.
